Our AI algorithm matches participants based on budget preferences, interests, and gift-giving style. Golden Ticket holders are matched first, ensuring the best possible pairing experience.

Golden Tickets ($10) are limited to 100 founding members and include priority matching, exclusive updates, a digital Santa message, founding member badge, and earliest reveal access. Standard Tickets ($7) include guaranteed matching and full participation in the gift exchange.

The recommended gift budget is $20-$30, but you'll specify your budget range when you sign up. Our AI matches you with someone in a similar budget range to ensure fairness.

Address Safety: Your shipping address is only shared with your matched Santa for gift delivery. We never sell or publish your data. Your identity remains anonymous throughout the exchange unless you choose to reveal yourself. All personal information is handled securely and deleted after the event concludes.

Golden Ticket sales are open now through December 7. Standard Ticket sales run from December 7-17. Matching happens December 7-17, and shipping takes place December 18-28.

You'll need to ship your gift between December 18-22 to ensure it arrives around Christmas. You'll receive your match details and shipping instructions after the matching window closes on December 17.

Hey, I'm Kennedy Mayers. I built Secret Santa Across America because I missed that feeling of getting a surprise from someone who didn't have to buy me anything – they just wanted to.

Growing up, Secret Santa was always inside a small circle. Same faces. Same gifts. Same stories. I kept thinking: what if we could safely do this with strangers across the country and make it feel magical instead of risky or sketchy?

This isn't a big corporation. It's a once-a-year event I'm obsessed with running right. Real matching. Real gifts. Real people in different cities sharing one weird, wholesome moment together for a few weeks in December.
